A recent visit to the new Sphere in Las Vegas took me and CXO, Craig Cook, to Ellis Island Brewing in Las Vegas. Nestled in just behind the strip, Ellis Island’s open warehouse-like seating, called the front yard, had a giant 18 foot flat screen that definitely had the “Vegas” feel! Oh, and their beer was pretty good too. I had the Fresh & Juicy IPA which was fruity, easy drinking on the 91 degree day. Cheers!
