I’ve technically blogged 10 Barrel Brewing before but it was a long time ago so I decided to return to the mothership in Bend OR. While I’m usually an IPA fan, this kettle sour called Aloha Spirit caught my eye. 10 Barrel partnered with the Kokua Project where a portion of proceeds benefit those impacted by the Maui wildfires. The mix of mango, pineapple, guava and coconut definitely takes you to the Islands. Cheers!
