Craig Cook joined CSG in 2010 and is currently our Chief Experience Officer. Throughout his career at CSG, Craig has focused on providing the very best service and overall customer experience. His emphasis on efficient processes and automated solutions was developed during his 13 years at Intel corporation where he worked in microprocessor development prior to joining CSG. Prior to his work at Intel, Craig served in the US Navy as an electronics technician. In his spare time, Craig enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with friends and family.
